Microsoft Windows 8 Consumer Preview – Video Hands-on

Microsoft Windows 8 Consumer Preview

Microsoft today unveiled the Consumer Preview of Microsoft Windows 8 in Barcelona at the MWC 2012. This latest version is available to download from Microsoft website to anyone willing to give it a spin for free. Luckily, for those not feeling that adventurous or if you wish to check if it’s worth installing, Engadget posted a couple of hands-on videos and a lengthy detailed preview. By the looks of it Windows 8 does a great job of serving up a god user interface for tablets and computers blessed with a touchscreen. For most of us stuck on mouse and keyboard combo there still is the old desktop mode that we have become accustomed to in Windows 7. We will definitely give it a try and keep you updated with how we get on with it. Meanwhile check the videos by Engadget after the break and hit the source link to read the full preview.
